This cel of Bulma is from the Piccolo-daimaoh era. There are several paint spots on this cel that I am going to try to clean off, espcially the one on her face. What makes this cel extra special is what Bulma is holding in her hand. It's a Hoi-Poi capsule. But it's not just ANY Hoi-Poi capsule. See the pencil drawing below. (eps 102-106?)

This is a pencil (douga) of the Bulma cel above. I don't normally scan pencils, just because I don't have the time and I have so many cels. However, this pencil, despite being ripped, has some important information on it! Written in Japanese on the right side of the page is "Kuririn no something something capsule no hoipoi capsule". I can't figure out the kanji on the second line. I mean, I see ima (now) and something that look similar to tree, but I don't know how the two lines before each kanji fit in (ni or futatsu? makes no sense to me). Anyway, if anyone knows the kanji, I'd be thrilled to find out. But the important thing is that that capsule is the one with Kuririn's dead body in it! Bulma wrapped it in a pair of panties and put it in her underwear drawer. Morbid, isn't it? (eps 102-106?)

Yajirobe isn't my favorite chracter, but this cel is neat because it's from one of his earliest appearences. You can tell because he's got the string with the Dragon Ball around his neck. I got this cel from Anime-cel.com. (eps 105-107?)
