This is a pretty cool cel of Tao Pai Pai that came with the Goku cel at the top of the "Vs the Red Ribon Army" page. It is from the 3rd movie, from the very opening sequence when he is about to give Pilaf, Shu, and Mai their "rewards". I got it from Nikaku Animart at A-kon 10.

I was SO excited when I found this cel for sale at Asylum Comics and Anime. It's a cel of Bulma and Puar. And I now know exactly where it comes from. This cel is from the 3rd Dragon Ball movie, "Great Adventure of Wonder". It's from a scene where Bulma was stealing the Dragon Balls from Tsuru-sennin.
