If you're interested in buying LoGH cels, there are more out there of Julian and Reinhart than of any other characters. This is yet another cel of Julian; the teenage girls are all giggling at him! This one is from episode 42. Interestingly, in the scene his collar is brown, but on the cel it's white. I wonder if there's a correction layer that I don't have.

Julian is one of the few characters who gets to change clothes frequently. Not too bad. Better than some of the other outfits he's worn. From episode 43.
