Kokuryusai
Kokuryusai is the leader of the Iga ninja, rivals of the Kouga ninja. The Iga ninja are all dogs. Kokuryusai's hobby is playing with cute toys. His son is Momosuke, his wife has already passed away.

Dotahachi
Dotahachi is an Iga ninja dog, rival of Gankichi. He fights using a flame attack "Shohakaen no Jutsu". Later in the anime series he sets up a series of short-lived businesses, including a salon, flower shop, and private investigation service, among others.

Momosuke
Momosuke is the son of Kokuryusai. According to his father, he's the spitting image of his late mother. He has been overseas and likes to throw random English into his sentences, especially calling people "beautiful".

Ichinobou
Ichinobou is Kokuryusai's main underling, a chihuhaua (I think...).

Haezuritaro
Haezuritaro are strange little one-eyed creatures that are used by the Iga ninja. They seem to reproduce at an alarming rate.

Hakuro
Hakuro is the leader of the Kouga ninja monkeys who ride on the backs of giant birds. They are rivals of the Iga ninja. He likes to tell short anecdotes in a rakugo (traditional Japanese comedy routine) style. Unfortunately, his jokes are usually really bad.

Gankichi
Gankichi is one of the Kouga ninja, rival (sometimes accomplice) of Dotahachi. He's got a big mouth and ego to go with it. In the anime he uses an attack with exploding floating mushrooms.

Nimenzaru
Nimenzaru (lit. two-faced monkey) is a little monkey with two faces. One face is cute and innocent, and the other is rather old and sinister looking. He has a magic flask that can suck people into itself (straight out of the legend of Son Goku).
