ToriroDespite her name, Toriro is a girl. She's a drama queen with a real martyr complex, always thinking that she's working so hard and sacrificing so much. In truth, she spends most of her time flying around and telling other people what to do. She has a special attack, "Toppu no Jutsu" in which she creates a strong gust of wind with her wings. However, the wind is so strong that she ends up blowing herself away.
MonroMonro is a mole. To say he's not very bright is a huge understatement. Monro has a couple of strange habits. For one thing, he's always collecting things that he thinks might be rare or valuable. Even if they're not, he'll belive almost anything he's told about even very common items. "This is the twig that Admiral Perry used to scratch his nose." Monro also has a weird habit of answering any question in the affirmative, whether it's true or not. And he'll change his answers just to agree with the other person. For example, if you are talking about the weather and he says it's hot, if you then say that you're cold he'll immediately agree that it's cold even though he said it was hot five seconds earlier.
IsukeIsuke cracks me up. I can't explain why, but he's probably one of my favorite characters. He's an inoshishi (wild boar) and he's always tied to a tree. If anyone speaks to him, he'll announce, "I came to see the world". If you want more information, he'll say, "The world was wide." Continuing the conversation may yield the following, "The world was round." He's also a master of stating the obvious. "The winner will be the one who wins. The loser will be the one who loses." I love Isuke!
HenroHenro is a. . . I don't know WHAT the heck Henro is supposed to be. He wears a strange frog-type costume, but that's just a mask of some sort. He never speaks. But he often bows to people very politely.
KokesukeKokesuke is a giant pig covered with moss or something similar. He doesn't speak much, but he's really big. |
