The face of the standard version of Gratches' ryu, Shinebaram. This is actually from a scene in episode 28 where Gratches is telling everyone a story about something that happened a long time ago.

When Hittel first appeared in the series in episode 28, he was sporting these lovely and cute sunglasses. Amazingly, Katze didn't recognize him with the glasses on. Well, why not. It works for Clark Kent. Anyway, this cel is E1, and had some backlighting effect.

That's gotta sting. The main thing I don't like about Hittel is the way he slaps Katze. :-P Episode 28.

Upon recognizing Hittel, Katze embraces him and is reduced to tears. What a sweet scene! Episode 28.

And Hittel lost his glasses and his hat! I like this cel because you can see how Katze and his hair match with the little gold stars. Hittel finally agrees to let Adeu and the others help him protect the town. Episode 28.

This is a little kid from the town Hittel was protecting, with the little wooden toy he made and gave her. Cute, huh? Also from episode 28.

I think this might be from eps. 28, although I'm not sure. I just stuck it here for now. Gratches is apparently the only character who actually knows how to cook. It's a shame it took him so long to join the party.

The first thing Hittel does, having officially joined the party, is eat Adeu's part of dinner. Cute scene! Eps. 28
